If you’re looking for a classic pair of the ever-so-famous Adidas Stan Smiths then look no further because we are now fully stocked. All white body, green hits around the edge, and perfect with any pants, shorts, or sweats. It’s a classic, timeless look that nearly anyone can pull off. While they may be hard to keep clean, a worn white shoe can look super good. And if you choose to skate these leather kicks, expect to have a great amount of board feel, because they’re an excellent shoe to skate in.
If you were born in the 70’s or 80’s and skated then you’ll definitely be stoked on these three new Vision reissue decks that arrived just yesterday. We received the classic Psycho Stick, the snake board, and the Vision Lee Ralph pro model in an incredible orange & blue color way. Two of these reissues (Psycho Stick and Lee Ralph) have modern concave allowing for the best of both worlds. However, just in case you want the most OG shape you can get, step on the massive snake board for it has zero concave. Now available in shop.
Two new styles of New Balance Numeric have shown up in a very fitting pumpkin & spice color way. To the left is a really padded skate shoe, perfect for hucking but also for chilling. The blacked out sole is a nice touch, and the orange is great for the season. The model on the right is the essential skate shoe because of it’s simplicity and durability. The color is a light brown leather and the gum sole is the icing on the cake. Both of these shoes are available now in shop.
Two new styles of Adidas jackets have arrived at the shop this past week. Both are super light weight, perfect for the fall, and great to skate, chill, or run in. They’re spacious but form fitting, and they look good with nearly any outfit. The one style (featured left) is a red and grey colorway which is great with a pair of khakis, and the black and white Adidas jacket (featured right) is an excellent addition to jeans or grey slacks. Stop by the shop to check them out. When we have Adidas apparel it usually flies off the shelf, so be sure to grab them when you see them.
If you’re in the market for a new board then we suggest that you try out one of our new Fairman’s gothic logo decks in a variety of awesome colored stains. The Nike SB Bruin Hyperfeel has arrived at Fairman’s in the hazelnut colorway as well as the classic black & white colorway. These two shoes are the hottest Nike SB styles this season, and have been ridden by the likes of Nike SB riders Cyrus Bennett and Luan Oliveira. Within the core of this shoe, main features include a breathable tongue which is perfect for those sweaty sessions, and the suede on these shoes add an additional plus to those who are constantly flipping their board. The sole is packed with Hyperfeel which is a bit different than Lunarlon, because it’s harder and allows your foot to move in sync with your stride. Lunarlon is much more a thick cushion pad. Neither are bad, but if you’re the kind of skater that likes to jump down stuff, we suggest you go the Lunarlon route. Hyperfeel is great for those who push a lot and want max board feel. If you want to learn more about Hyperfeel and it’s break down, peep the description below the shoe model photos courtesy of Nike. This shoe is perfect for the fall, it’s light weight, and it’s ready to be skated out of the box. This shoe is not available in our online store, but can be bought at our brick and mortar location. 43 W. Gay Street. West Chester, PA. 610.344.9959.
“The Nike Free Hyperfeel is created to intuitively move with the foot. It is inspired by Nike’s “Nature Amplified” design ethos — an approach focused on the body in motion and fueled by scientific data and athlete insights.
Research insights informed the precise placement of cushioning and outsole traction for a low-profile shoe that provides padding and protection only where necessary. A drop-in Lunarlon insole with flex grooves allows the foot to have direct contact with the Lunarlon cushioning. The waffle outsole is ultra-thin, allowing the foot to get closer to the ground.
Scientists in the Nike Sport Research Lab carefully studied which areas of the foot come into contact with the ground and absorb pressure, and which areas require traction. They used pressure-mapping technology and high-speed film to analyze the foot in motion.” (Nike News)
